Project Manager - Residential Roofing.
Location: Travel between Onslow, Carteret, Craven, and Jones counties.
We’re actively looking for an experienced Construction Coordinator to oversee roof installations, supervise crews, and participate in emergency storm response. Requires 1-2+ years roofing/construction experience, physical capability for roof work, and strong leadership skills. Essential Functions:
Execute hands-on project work including siding detachment/reinstallation, exterior material handling, and construction tasks as needed.
Oversee construction sites ensuring all work meets company standards and safety requirements.
Work closely with installation crews, supervising daily safety, quality, and labor production.
Manage material coordination: count/verify deliveries, monitor needs, and supply additional materials as needed.
Communicate with customers regarding project status, answer questions, and resolve project issues.
Tech-savvy with project management tools and efficient at taking quality photos.
Assist in emergency storm response including tarping and temporary repairs.
Maintain job site cleanliness and coordinate material deliveries.
Physical Demands
Comfortable working on roofs up to 2 stories high and steep pitches.

Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and climb ladders/stairways.
Requires considerable physical movement: climbing, lifting, balancing, bending, kneeling, and crawling.
Work Environment:
Primarily outdoor construction sites with varying weather exposure.
Regular travel between job sites across Onslow, Carteret, Craven, and Jones counties.
Seasonal schedule intensity with extended hours during peak season, lighter winter workloads.
What We're Looking For:
1-2+ years roofing, construction, or field production management experience (more preferred).
Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to coordinate multiple crews/tasks.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of roofing systems, tools, safety protocols, and installation processes.
Ability to read work orders, understand photography/computer tasks, and safety regulations.
Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable transportation.
Spanish speaking helpful but not required.
