These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Think Roofing and Storm Restoration Referral Program (“Program”). By participating, you agree to these Terms. This Program is valid only for residential properties located in Carteret, Craven, Onslow, and Jones Counties, North Carolina.

1. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals age 18 or older who are legal residents of North Carolina.

  • Not open to employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Think Roofing, LLC.

  • Referred property must be a single-family residential home with a roof at least 10 years old.

  • Referral must be submitted before the referred person contacts Think Roofing.

  • Think Roofing reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and projects. Think Roofing Reserves the right to make determination on whether or not referral qualifies.

  • All referral payments are subject to Think Roofing's verification that the referral was made in good faith for legitimate business purposes.

  • Referral reward funds are only eligible for release to individuals who do not have any outstanding balances owed to Think Roofing, LLC DBA Think Roofing and Storm Restoration for past or current projects.

2. Qualified Referrals

A referral is considered qualified if:

  • It leads to a free roof inspection conducted by Think Roofing.

  • The referral is new and not previously in contact with Think Roofing.

  • The property is located in Carteret, Craven, Onslow, or Jones County.

  • Only the first person to refer to a specific homeowner is eligible for a reward.

  • Referrals from the same person are capped—maximum total payout is $500 per referrer Annually.

  • Think Roofing reserves the right to deny the $100 referral payment if, upon inspection, we determine that the referred property does not have legitimate roofing needs, or if the referral appears to have been submitted primarily to obtain payment rather than to connect a homeowner with genuine roofing services.

3. Annual Reward Cap:

A maximum of $500 in total rewards per individual referrer may be earned annually, regardless of the number or type of activities completed.

4. How to Submit a Referral

All referrals must be submitted before the referred person contacts Think Roofing:

  • Submit via online form at www.wethinkroofing.com/referrals

  • Referral Form Filled out, scanned, and sent Via email: referrals@wethinkroofing.com

Required info:

  • Your name, email, and phone number

  • Full name, contact info, and property address of the referred homeowner, and acknowledgement of terms.

5. Reward Payment & Processing

  • Rewards are distributed by check, at Think Roofing’s discretion.

  • Rewards are issued within 30 business days of meeting all eligitability requirements - including unpaid balances owed.

  • Once you reach $500 in rewards, you are no longer eligible for further referral payouts under this Program until new year begins.

6. Program Limitations

  • Rewards apply only to qualifying single-family residential roof inspections And/or projects.

  • Program may be modified, paused, or terminated by Think Roofing at any time without notice.

  • Fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation will result in disqualification from the Program.

  • All decisions regarding eligibility and reward issuance are made at the sole discretion of Think Roofing and are final.

7. Privacy

All personal information collected through this Program is subject to Think Roofing’s Privacy Policy. Your contact information will not be sold or shared beyond the scope of this Program. By submitting this referral form—whether physically or digitally through our website—you agree that you are acting on behalf of the referrer and accept responsibility for ensuring they understand the terms of the referral program. You acknowledge that you will be held accountable for any misunderstandings or issues that arise due to their lack of awareness or understanding.

8. Tax & Legal

  • Referral rewards may be considered taxable income. It is your responsibility to report earnings to the IRS.

  • Program governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

  • Any disputes arising from this Program will be handled in the courts of Carteret County, NC

9. Payment Requirement for Referral Eligibility

  • To be eligible for the $100 referral gift card, existing customers must have all outstanding invoices paid in full before the referral gift card will be issued. This includes any balances from current or previous roofing projects. The referral gift card will be processed only after both payment verification of the referring customer's account and successful completion of the referred customer's project. Referral gift cards will be issued within 30 days of meeting all eligibility requirements.

10. Program Agreement and Liability Waiver

By participating in this referral program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all program terms and conditions. You confirm your understanding of how the referral rewards program works, including all eligibility requirements and payment processes. By clicking to participate, you agree to waive any right to legal action against Think Roofing and Storm Restoration, its employees, agents, or affiliates related to this referral program, and agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration. Participation in this program is voluntary and at your own discretion. The wording used in these Terms and Conditions, as well as in any associated marketing materials, social media posts, verbal communications, or website content, is intended for general informational purposes only. Such language shall not be interpreted as creating any warranty, guarantee, or binding obligation beyond what is explicitly stated in these Terms and Conditions. Think Roofing, LLC DBA Think Roofing and Storm Restoration shall not be held liable for any misinterpretation, perceived promises, or assumptions made based on informal or promotional wording.
